How do we use personal information?

We generally use the information that we collect to fulfill orders placed through the website (including processing your payment, arranging for shipping and providing you with invoices or order confirmations). The Boutique collects the personal information needed to identify buyers (names, telephone numbers, email addresses) and deliver their orders (home or postal address). Additionally, we use this order information to do the following:

  • Communicate with you; and
  • Screen our orders for any potential risk or fraud.

The Boutique does not collect personal information relating to payment methods (credit card or debit card numbers). This information is collected by a third party, Shopify, which provides the online e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products and services to you.

We share personal information with third parties to help us complete the actions listed above. For example:

When you place an order through the site, we will keep your order information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
