 Shipping fees

Orders will be shipped by Canada Post or an alternate service if needed. Shipping fees will therefore be calculated based on the following information:

• Size* and weight of the order
• Shipping address for the order
• Shipping methods available for the order

*Shipping fees are calculated for a standard-sized box.
Orders needing to be packed in over-sized packaging or multiple packages will result in additional fees that will be confirmed to the client.

Order processing

Please take note that shipping services are often put on hold for the Holidays Season.

Otherwise, online and telephone orders should be processed within 2 business days. Sorry, cash-on-delivery orders are not accepted. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery in Canada and 4 to 6 weeks for the United States.  You can track your parcel with the number given to you after the transaction. Please take note that we do not assume responsibility for postal delays.
